摘 要:采用正交试验方法对纯镍与6061铝合金薄板超声波点焊工艺参数进行优化设计.以焊接能量、压力和振幅为因素,以焊后试样拉伸载荷为表征指标设计了L27正交试验;为分析各因素交互作用对试验结果的影响,计算了各因素对表征指标的贡献率;同时,以方差分析结果作为直观分析的条件,并关注性能最优与最稳健的参数组合,阐明实际生产中应按需求选定焊接工艺参数组合.Ultrasonic spot welding parameters for joining nickel and 6061 aluminum alloy were optimized by adopting the orthogonal test. The factors evaluated were energy, pressure and amplitude. An L27 orthogo nal test was conducted with indexes of tension load, and the contribution rates of each factor for indexes were calculated. The results of variance analysis were taken as the condition of direct analysis to reflect the effect of interactions, paying attention to the optimum and the most robust parameter simultaneously. It is concluded that operators should choose the parameters according to the requirements.
