摘  要:采用分析型升温淋洗仪(A—TREF)研究了抗冲聚丙烯1215C的化学组成分布,利用制备型升温淋洗仪(P-TREF)、核磁共振仪(NMR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、高温凝胶色谱(GPC)等方法研究了抗冲聚丙烯1215C的组分含量、序列结构、相对分子质量、热行为。结果表明:P—TREF所得7个组分中,第1个组分质量分数21.64%,具有典型的乙丙橡胶结构,相对分子质量较高且分布窄。第2~4个组分质量分数共计7.51%,主要为长乙烯链段的乙丙共聚物,含有少量低相对分子质量聚丙烯。相对分子质量较大且分布宽。第5个组分质量分数为4.38%,是91.83%较低相对分子质量聚丙烯和8.17%聚乙烯组成的混合物。第6~7组分为聚丙烯均聚物,质量分数为66.02%,相对分子质量较高且分布窄。Chemical composition distribution of impact resistant polypropylene (PP) 1215C was studied by A-TREF, and the fractions content, sequential structure, relative molecular mass,thermal behavior of impact resistant PP 1215C were studied by P-TREF, NMR,DSC, GPC respectively. The results show that there are seven fractions obtained from P-TREF. The mass fraction of the first component is 21. 64%,and it has typical EPR structure with relative high molecular mass and narrow distribution. The mass fraction from the second to fourth components are 7.51%, which are accepted as long ethylene-chain copolymer, with relative high molecular mass and broad distribution, and there's also a little of low relative molecular mass PP. The mass fraction of the fifth component is 4. 38%, it is a mixture with 91. 83% low relative molecular mass PP and 8.17% polyethylene. The sixth and seventh components are high molecular mass and narrow distributed PP, and these mass fractions reach 66.02%.
