摘  要:利用拉力试验机和冲击仪对3种国产220L大中空塑料桶用HDPE专用料的性能进行测试。结果表明:HDPE专用料的拉伸强度均在30MPa左右,弯曲强度达1100MPa以上。合格产品的常温冲击强度在60kJ/m^2以上,-18℃冲击强度高于40kJ/m^2。HDPE专用料的结构表征结果表明,用于生产220L大中空塑料桶制品的HDPE树脂具有较大的相对分子质量和较宽的相对分子质量分布,重均相对分子质量大于20万,相对分子质量分布在11~12,可以满足力学和加工性能要求。同时还应具有适宜的共聚单体含量,以提高产品的耐环境应力开裂性。The performance of three kinds of domestic special HDPE for 220 L large hollow plastic barrel was tested, The results show that the tensile strength of the special HDPE is around 30 MPa, and the bending strength is more than 1 100 MPa. The impact strength of the qualified products at room temperature is above 60 kJ/m^2, and the impact strength at -18℃ is higher than 40 kJ/m^2. Structural characterization results for special material show that HDPE resin for 220 L large hollow plastic barrels products has high relative molecular mass and wide relative molecular mass distribution,and weight average relative molecular mass is greater than 200 thousand, and the relative molecular mass is distributed between 11 and 12. The HDPE resin can meet requirements of the relative mechanical and processing properties. At the same time, it should also be suitable for the copolymerization monomer content, in order to improve the product resistance to environmental stress cracking.
