发泡助剂和成核剂对聚乙烯发泡材料的影响

摘　　要：讨论了2种偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)发泡助剂氧化锌(ZnO)、硬脂酸锌[Zn(ST)2]和滑石粉、碳酸钙2种成核剂对聚乙烯发泡材料(XPE)性能的影响。结果表明:AC发泡助剂能有效提高XPE的发泡速率、泡孔结构和回弹性;当ZnO∶Zn(ST)2∶AC质量比为0.02∶0.04∶1复配时,性能最优;当滑石粉的添加量为3份,碳酸钙添加量为1.5份时,效果最佳。The effects of two kinds of blowing promoters azodicarbonamide（AC） [ZnO and Zn（ST）2] and two kinds of nucleating agents （talcum powder and CaCO3） on properties of XPE material were discussed. The results show that blowing promoters AC can improve the rate, cell structure and recovery of XPE. When ZnO ： Zn（ST）2 ： AC is 0.02 ： 0.04 ： 1,the properties of XPE materials are excellent. When the amounts of talcum powder and CaCO3 are 3 phr and 1.5 phr respectively,the properties of XPE materials are excellent.
