摘 要:通过共沉淀法制备CuS掺杂的CdS催化材料(CuS/CdS),用XRD,SEM,UV-Vis和DTG等手段对催化剂的结构和性能进行系统的表征,并采用降解甲基橙染料考察CuS/CdS的可见光催化性能.实验结果表明,CuS的掺杂能够增强CdS在可见光范围的吸收强度,改善CdS的抗氧化能力,进而提高催化剂在可见光作用的氧化降解甲基橙的催化效率.CuS doped CdS materials (CuS/CdS) were prepared by a simple coprecipitation approach, and their physical and chemical properties were characterized by XRD, SEM, UV-Vis and DTG. Their photocatalytic activity was evaluated by degradation of methyl orange dye under visible light irradiation. The results show that the antioxidant capacity of CdS can be enhanced and its absorption in the visible region was strengthened after the do- ping of CuS. As a result, its photocatalytic activity was significantly improved for the visible light-triggered degrada- tion of methyl orange.
