企业竞争性战略联盟稳定性研究——基于层次分析法

摘　　要：战略联盟使企业得以整合优势资源、科学发展、建立竞争优势。竞争性战略联盟的发展伴随着高失败率,其稳定发展成为联盟企业实现战略目标的首要前提。本文在文献研究的基础上,提出了基于层次分析法的竞争性战略联盟稳定性评价体系,通过定性与定量分析相结合的研究方法,对影响竞争性战略联盟稳定性的因素进行分析。结合案例研究,验证测评框架的可行性,确定内外部影响因素对战略联盟稳定性的作用强度,对竞争性战略联盟的稳定性进行评价,最终从战略思维培植、内外部环境分析、联盟伙伴的选择、核心竞争力构建、联盟信任及利益分配机制的完善等方面对提高战略联盟稳定性提出建议。Strategic alliance makes the enterprises are able to integrate the advantageous resources, and scientifically develop and build competition advantages. The development of strategic alliance cannot avoid the high failure rate, so the stability of strategy alliance becomes the first premise of strategic objectives for the union enterprises. After a large number of literature researches, the competitive strategic alliances＂ stability evaluation system is established based on the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） in this research. These factors which influence the stability of strategy alliance are analyzed by the combinative method of qualitative and quantitative analyses. The verification of the assessment framework and evaluation of competitive strategic alliances＇ stability could be finished by case analysis. And finally it attempts to put forward suggestions to improve the stability of strategic alliance.
