长江经济带沿江地区产业生态化效率研究——基于沿江9省(区)27个城市2011-2014年相关统计数据

摘　　要：以可持续发展思想为指导,通过运用经主成分分析方法处理后的DEA模型,对长江经济带沿江地区2011-2014年总体产业生态化效率进行评估分析,为今后长江经济带沿江地区的产业生态化效率提升明确了方向。研究结果表明:运用经主成分分析处理后的DEA方法得出的长江经济带沿江地区产业生态化效率结果更为科学;长江经济带沿江地区城市间产业生态化效率存在较大差异,但均呈现出生态效率上升趋势;沿江地区的纯技术效率与规模效率都有待进一步提高。在此基础上,提出了长江经济带沿江地区产业生态化效率改进的政策建议。Guided by the idea of sustainable development, this paper conducts an efficiency evaluation analysis of industrial ecology in the areas along the Yangtze River economic zone from 2011 to 2014 through the DEA model processed by principal component analysis, which is a directional guidance for further development. The results show that there are big differences among cities in the areas along the Yangtze River economic zone; however, these cities have showed increased trend of e- cological efficiency; pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the regions along the Yangtze River economic zone remain to be further improved. On the basis of these, this paper puts forward the policy suggestions on the improvement of the industrial eco-efficiency in the areas along the Yangtze River economic zone.
