摘 要:目的:研究药母灌胃大鼠血清中药物化学成分。方法:20只SD大鼠均分为空白组和药母组,药母组SD大鼠使用400 g/L的药母提取液按1.37 g/kg进行灌胃,空白组灌胃同等体积的蒸馏水,连续给药3 d,收集两组大鼠血清;利用超高压液相色谱-飞行时间质谱(UHPLC-Q-TOF)技术检测药母提取物、药母组及空白组大鼠血清的指纹图谱,比较3种指纹图谱异同,分析药母灌胃大鼠血清中的移行成分。结果:药母灌胃后大鼠血清中在正负模式下共发现30个药源性成分,其中15个原型成分,15个代谢产物。结论:灌胃后大鼠血中移行成分及代谢产物可能为药母在体内直接的作用物质。Objective: To investigate the serum pharmacochemistry content of Yaomu irrigated rats.Methods: 20 SD rats were divided equally into blank group and Yaomu group; Yaomu group was treated with 400 g / L Yaomu extract liquid to irrigate the rats in proportion of 1. 37 g / kg; blank group was irrigated with equal amount volume of distilled water; both groups were treated for 3 d and then collecting serum of both groups. The UHPLC-Q-TOF method was used to analyze the extracts and fingerprints of serum samples from both groups; then comparing differences and similarities of 3 fingerprints and analyze the transitional components in rats serum of Yaomu group. Results: 30 constituents were found after oral administration of Yaomu in positive and negative positive ion mode,of which 15 were prototype constituents,and 15 were metabolites. Conclusion: The transitional components and metabolites could be the effective constituents of effective matters of Yaomu.
