摘 要:目的:研究大蝎子草干、鲜品水提物的抗炎及镇痛作用。方法:取健康昆明种小鼠随机分为模型组(蒸馏水),阳性对照组(阿司匹林,0.3 g/kg),大蝎子草干品水提物高、中、低剂量组及大蝎子草鲜品水提物高、中、低剂量组共8组;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀及皮肤毛细血管通透性实验,评价大蝎子草干、鲜品水提物的抗炎作用;采用醋酸致小鼠扭体反应与小鼠热板致痛实验动物模型评价其镇痛作用。结果:与模型组比较,大蝎子草干、鲜品水提物均能显著减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀度(P<0.01),提高小鼠的痛阈值(P<0.01)及减少醋酸致小鼠扭体反应的次数(P<0.01),大蝎子草鲜品水提物还能明显抑制二甲苯致小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性(P<0.01,P<0.05),且大蝎子草鲜品水提物抗炎、镇痛效果优于干品水提物。结论:大蝎子草干、鲜品水提物均具有抗炎及镇痛作用,且大蝎子草鲜品水提物作用优于大蝎子草干品水提物。Objective: To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic function of dry and fresh aqueous extract of Girardinia diversifolia. Method: 80 healthy Kunming originated mice with equal number of both genders, randomly divided into model group ( distilled water), positive control group ( Aspirin 0.3 g/kg) , high, medium and low dose groups of dry and fresh aqueous extract of Girardinia diversifolia (8 groups, 10 mice each) ; to evaluate the dry and fresh aqueous extract of Girardinia diversifolia on anti-inflammatory effects by Xylene induced mouse ear swelling and skin capillary permeability, and evaluating the analgesic effects by the animal model experiments of acetic acid induced writhing response and with pain caused by hot plate in mice. Results: Compared with the model group, the dry and fresh aqueous extract of Girardinia diversifolia could significantly reduce the ear swelling (P 〈 0.01 ), increasing the pain threshold (P 〈 0.01 )and reducing the number of acetic acid- induced writhing reaction in mice(P 〈 0.01 ), the fresh aqueous extract of Girardinia diversifolia also significantly inhibited Xylene-induced mouse skin capillary permeability ( P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ) , and the anti-inflammatory and analgesic function of the fresh aqueous extract of Girardinia diversifolia was better than the dry aqueous extract. Conclusion: The dry and fresh aqueous extract of Girardinia diversifolia have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, and the fresh aqueous extract of Girardinia di- versifolia is superior to the dry aqueous extract of Girardinia diversifoliat.
