摘 要:本研究首先利用形态学和分子生物学方法,对25株在山东采集分离的小麦根腐病菌进行了鉴定,后采用刺伤接种法对菌株的致病性进行了测定。鉴定结果表明,25个菌株均为麦根腐离蠕孢[Bipolaris sorokiniana(Sacc.)Shoemaker],属半知菌亚门离蠕孢属真菌。接种试验表明,25个麦根腐离蠕孢菌株均具有致病性,但从系统聚类图可以看出,不同菌株间存在致病力分化,可分为强、中、弱3种致病力类型,其中,中等致病力菌株为优势菌株。同时,菌株的致病力强弱与其地理来源没有相关性。Firstly,25 pathogen isolates of wheat common rot,which collected from wheat growing regions of Shandong,were identified by morphological and molecular biology methods. Then the isolates were inoculated into wheat seedlings to determine their pathogenicity by stabbed inoculation. The identification results indicated that the 25 isolates all were Bipolaris sorokiniana( Sacc.) Shoemaker,which belongs to Deuteromycotina. The inoculation experiment showed that all of the 25 isolates of B. sorokiniana had pathogenicity. The system clustering analysis showed that there were pathogenicity differentiation between the isolates. The 25 isolates were grouped into 3 categories including strong,moderate and weak pathotypes. The isolates with moderate pathogenic were dominant. In addition,there was not obvious correlation between pathogenicity and geographical origins of each isolate.
