摘  要:拜城煤矿为了提高产能而进行升级改造,按照国家相关法律规定对该煤矿粉尘危害控制效果进行评价。将生产系统分为井下生产系统、井下辅助系统、地面生产系统,以此确定粉尘种类;根据相关标准规范确定检测项目,检测分析方法和判定标准。经过检测发现采煤机头、移架处和清煤处定点呼尘超标;采煤司机、清煤工个体呼尘超标,原因是采煤机外喷雾水压不够,喷雾不能覆盖整个采煤机头部。后经过增加喷雾压力复测结果全部合格,表明高压喷雾能够有效降尘。Baicheng coal mine was upgraded in order to improve production capacity, the effect of coal mine dust control is evaluated in accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations. The production system is divided into underground mine production system, auxiliary system, the ground production system to deter- mine the types of dust; according to the relevant standards, the test items, test analysis method and criteria are determined. The test found that fixed - point respirable dust that at the end of coal cutter, roof support and clean coal were out of limits;individual respirable dust of coal cutter driver and cleaning coal worker were out of limits, which is because external sprayer pressure of coal cutter was not enough to make spray cover the en- tire end of coal cutter. After adding spray pressure, all retest results were qualified, which showed that high pressure spray can lower dust effectively.
