摘 要:目的: 探讨高水平体力劳动能力(PWC170)的HeathCarter法体型分类。方法: 对某全训部队418名男战士,按GJB1337—92规定,采用两级台阶运动负荷试验间接测定法,进行PWC170的测定;按国际通用的HeathCarter方法测量体型。结果: 男战士 PWC170均值为(1355.8±331.1)kg·m·min^-1,总体评价为优秀;PWC170优秀者215人,占51.4%,均值为(1620.2±225.0)kg·m·min^-1,体型均值为2.3±0.7-5.1±3.8-2.4±0.9, SAM为1.7,优秀者中有193人体型集中于中胚层体型,占89.8%;优良(含优秀)者285人,占68.1%,PWC170均值为(1522.4±260.9)kg·m·min^-1,体型均值为2.3±0.7-5.0±3.3-2.4±0.9,SAM为17,优良者中有255人的体型集中于中胚层体型,占89.5%;内、中、外三因子是影响PWC170成绩的主要因素,PWC170成绩越好,内、外因子值越小,而中因子值越大。结论: 高水平PWC170的体型分类高度集中于中胚层体型。PWC170与中因子值呈显著正相关。Objective: To explore the somatotype classification of high-level physical working capacity 170(PWC,70 ). Methods: The secondary-step load experimentation was performed to determine the PWCl70 of a complete training unit of 418 male soldiers according to the provisions of GJB1337 92. The somatotype was determined by the method of Heath-Carter. Results: The mean value of the PWC, r0 of the 418 male soldiers was 1 355.8± 331.1 kg·m·min^-1 and the overall evaluation was excellent. PWC170 excellent was 215, accounting for 51.4%; the mean value was 1 620.2± 225.0 kg·m·min^-1 , the mean value of somatotype was 2.3±0.7-5.1±3.8-2.4±0.9, SAM was 1.7, 89.8% focused on the medium of embryo type. The number of good (including excellent) was 285, accounting for 68.1%; the mean value of PWC170 was 1 522.4±260.9 kg·m·min^-1 , the mean value of somatotype was 2.3±0.7-5.0±3.3-2.4±0.9, SAM was 1.7, 89.5% focused on the medium of embryo type. The factors of endomorphy, mesomorphy and ectomorphy were the main factors that affected the PWC170 score. The better the PWC170 score was, the lower the value of the endomorphy and ectomorphy factors were and the higher the value of the mesomorphy factor was. Conelusion: The high-level PWC170 in the somatotype classification is highly concentrated in the medium of the embryo type. PWC170 is significantly positively correlated with the mesomorphy value.
