摘  要:针对钻井施工过程中日益增多的多压力系统同存于一个裸眼井段、钻井液安全密度窗口窄或为负窗口、钻进过程中常出现漏失与溢流共存等井下复杂情况,开展了承压堵漏实验,优选堵漏材料,优选出承压堵漏配方,室内评价承压能力大于5 MPa;开展了承压堵漏实验,进一步提高了承压能力,即在钢珠、缝隙板上其承压能力可达10 MPa以上;完善了堵漏压井技术,从预防措施、井控设备选择、承压堵漏、喷漏同存处理、完井设计方面入手,形成了喷漏同存井安全钻井操作程序。成功应用6井次,有效降低井控风险,漏失量降低了80.4%,损失时间降低了55.6%。According to complex down hole situations of the increasing multi pressure system being at the one open hole intervals,safe density window of drilling fluid being narrow or negative,leakage and overflow coexistence appearing in the process of drilling during the process of drilling operations,pressure plugging experiment,optimizing plugging materials are carried out to optimize the pressure leak stopping formula,evaluation of that capacity is more than 5MPa; Plugging experiment to the new FM composite slurry bridging compound super gel is conducted,the bridging plugging formula whose bearing capacity is greater than 5MPa further improves the bearing capacity,and the bearing capacity on steel ball,the gap plate is up to 10MPa; The plugging and killing technology is improved,and from preventive measures,well control equipment selection,pressure sealing,treatment of blow out and leakage coexist and completion design,safety drilling procedure for spray and leakage coexist well is formed. It is successfully applied to 6 wells,effectively reducing the risk of well control,and leakage loss is decreased by 80. 4%,the loss of time is reduced by 55. 6%.
