摘  要:大量室内水驱油实验、检查井密闭取芯资料和剩余油监测资料表明,边水驱正韵律厚油层在高含水期,层内40%~60%以上的潜力未动用,并且基本集中于油层顶部。针对这种剩余油潜力,目前国内其它油田用超细水泥堵水复射工艺,取得一定效果。但该工艺堵剂用量少,封堵半径短,封堵强度高,在堵死出水层的同时也封堵了油流通道;并且工艺条件要求高,施工风险高,增产效果差,有效期短。针对此工艺的不足,借鉴水井深部调驱的技术思路,研究出复合堵水技术,该技术采取“远驱"、“深调"、“低保"、“近堵"、“后改"的相互补偿多段塞注入方法,实现了层内压锥,管外防窜,有效动用低水淹段的目的。在留西油田上第三系馆陶组、明化镇组边底水活跃的复杂小断块油藏进行了大量实践,累计措施55口井,累增油7.98×10^4t,平均单井增油1000t,措施有效期15个月左右。A large number of indoor displacing oil by water experiment,the sealed coring data of check well and residual oil monitoring data show that within 40% ~ 60% or more of the potential for the thick edge water-flood positive rhythm oil reservoir in high cut period is unused,and basically concentrated on the top. For this remaining oil potential,domestic other oilfield utilizes the superfine cement plugging and combined composite percolation process currently,achieving a certain effect. But,in this process the dosage of plugging agent is less,plugging radius is short,plugging strength is high,oil flow channel is blocked while layer water layer closed; And the demand for this process conditions is high,operation risk is high,the production effect is poor and validity is short. Aiming at the shortcomings of the this process,referenced by technical thoughts from the deep displacement of water well,composite water plugging technology has been developed,which uses a mutual compensated multi slug injection method of the'far','deep','low' and'near' and'change' to realize the purpose of the internal pressure cone layer,preventing channeling outside tubing,effective use of low water-flood period. In Liuxi oilfield of the Neogene Guantao group and Minghuazheng group,a lot of practice has been conducted in complex small fault block reservoirs with active bottom water,and the cumulative treatment wells are 55,cumulative incremental oil is 7. 98 x 10~4 t,the average incremental oil reaches 1000 t,the treatment validity is 15 months.
