摘  要:苏里格75区块钻井施工中,水平井大斜度(50°以上)井段井壁稳定性极差,严重威胁着井下安全,曾发生过多起钻井复杂与事故,造成重大经济损失。通过分析研究造成大斜度井段坍塌复杂的主要原因,提出选用合理井身结构,保持稳定井筒压力,减轻对井壁岩体破坏的技术方案,确保井下安全。During the drilling operation to Sulige75 block,well boreholes in vertical and directional well are very stable,while the stability of borehole wall in horizontal or high angle wells( more than 50 DHS) is very poor,that threats to the down-hole safety seriously,and many complex drilling accidents have been occurred to cause great economic losses. By analysis and research on the complex main cause for borehole well collapse with high angle section,the technical scheme of choosing the reasonable casing program to keep stable wellbore pressure,reduce damage to rock mass of wall is proposed,which ensures the down-hole safety.
