摘  要:超级电容器作为一种介于普通电容器与化学电池的新型储能元件,具有功率密度高、使用寿命长、工作温度范围宽、免维护、环保安全等优点,在储能领域受到了越来越多的关注。首先介绍了超级电容器的储能原理和特点,对超级电容器单体元件、组件集成技术及产业化等方面的最新研究进展进行了综述,并总结了其在电力系统中的应用研究和发展方向。Supercapacitor is a new kind of energy storage device whose performance is between chemical batteries and common capacitor. Supercapacitor has attracted much attention owing to its excellent features such as high power density, long cycle life, wide operating temperature range, maintenance-free, environmental-friendly, and so on. In this paper, the energy storage principle and characters, progress on the components of single device, integrated technologies and industrialization of supercapacitor were reviewed. The applications and developments of supercapacitor in power grids were also summarized.
