摘 要:目的:筛选满山红油自乳化释药微乳的处方并进行制备方法研究。方法:通过原料药溶解度实验、正交试验设计和组方各成分伪三元相图绘制,以外观色泽和自乳化时间为指标,对满山红油处方中的油相、乳化剂、助乳化剂用量的配比进行筛选,确定最佳处方及制备工艺。结果:满山红油自乳化微乳的处方中油相为油酸,表面活性剂为吐温-80,助表面活性剂为正丁醇,最佳比例为:吐温-80(70%)、正丁醇(20%)、油酸(10%)。结论:按比例配制的满山红油释药微乳,在室温下放置数天,无沉淀,均一、稳定,该处方可用于满山红油自乳化微乳的制备。Object Ive: To filter the prescription of Self-emulsifying drug delivery systems( SEDDS) for Folium Rhododendri Daurici Oil and to make three batches of samples. Methods: The best prescription by the optimum formulations of Folium Rhododendri Daurici Oil SEDDS were filtered by solubility experiment,pseudo-ternary phase diagrams,and the time of formulating microemulsion was determined. The consequence of visual examination and particle size were deem as the parameters of best prescription. Result: From the prescription of the self-emulsifying microemulsion of folium rhododendri daurici oil,the oil phase was oleic acid; the surfactant was tween-80; and the auxiliary surfactant was n-butyl alcohol. The best proportion was tween-80( 70%),n-butyl alcohol( 20%),oleic acid( 10%). Conclusion: The microemulsion of the Folium Rhododendri Daurici Oil was compouned in a proper proportion. It was put under the room temperature for several days with no precipitation which is uniform,stable. The prescription can be used to obtain the preparation of the microemulsion of the Folium Rhododendri Daurici Oil.
