健脾安肠丸对D-IBS大鼠模型血浆VIP、P物质水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究健脾安肠丸对腹泻型肠易激综合征模型大鼠血管活性肠肽VIP、P物质水平的影响。方法采用束缚-大黄灌胃致大鼠肝郁脾虚模型,观察健脾安肠丸对血浆VIP、P物质水平的影响。结果 (1)与正常组相比,模型组VIP、SP水平显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);(2)与模型组相比,大中小剂量组VIP、SP水平显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论健脾安肠丸能够显著降低D-IBS大鼠模型血浆SP、VIP水平,显著改腹泻的症状。Objective To study the effect of Jianpi Anchang pill to the level of VIP and substance P in D-IBS rats.Methods Using Rhei Radix et Rhizome and bound box to establish the model that stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency in rats,so to obsereve the effect of Jianpi Anchang pill to the level of VIP and substance P in D-IBS rats plasma.Results Comparing with control group,model group was markedly rised （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）.Comparing with model groups,big,middle and small dose groups were significantly decreased （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）.Conclusion VIP and SP level in D-IBS rats plasma can be decreased by Jianpi Anchang pill,and this prescription can markedly improve the symptoms of diarrhea.
