摘　　要：目的观察黄芪注射液治疗支气管哮喘的疗效及其对患者呼吸功能、免疫调节的影响。方法选择支气管哮喘患者180例,分为对照组和观察组,每组各90例。所有患者均接受西医基础治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加载黄芪注射液治疗。比较两组间疗效差异,比较治疗前后两组患者间呼吸功能、免疫功能差异。结果观察组临床控制率和总有效率分别为43.33%和85.56%,均显著高于对照组的23.33%和70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后7 d、14 d,观察组FEV1、FVC和PEF均高于对照组,CD_4^+、CD_8^+及CD_4^+/CD_8^+均低于对照组,IgE水平显著低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪注射液通过调节哮喘患者的免疫功能,能有效改善患者的呼吸状态,提高疗效。Objective Toobserve the effect of Huangqi Injection on respiratory status and immune regulation in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods Totally 180 cases of patients with bronchial asthma wereselected in the study,and randomized into two groups,con-trol group（n =90）and observation group（n =90）.All the patients received basic treatment of western medicine,andpatients in the ob-servation group received a combination ofHuangqiInjection.The differences of effects between the two groups were compared,and the re-spiratory function and immune function between the two groups before and after treatment were also compared.Results The clinical control rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 43.33% and 85.56%,significantly higher than 23.33% and 70.0%in the control group（P 〈0.05）.7 d,14 d after treatment,the FEV1,FVC and PEF of the observation group were significantly higher than those ofthe control group,while the CD4^＋,CD8^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ were significantly lower than those of the control group and IgE level was significantly lower than that of the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusions Huangqi Injection can effectively improve the patient’s respiratory status,andimprove the curative effect by regu-lating the immune function of patients with asthma.
