摘 要:研制了一种基于碳纳米管(CNT)、纳米Ce O2、壳聚糖(CHIT)有机-无机复合膜作为固定基质的酶生物传感器,该复合膜结合了无机碳纳米管、纳米Ce O2和有机材料壳聚糖的优点,固定的辣根过氧化酶较好的保持了其生物活性.在优化测试条件下,连续加入相同量的H2O2,该传感器对H2O2的浓度变化产生迅速灵敏的响应,当过氧化氢溶液浓度在3.2×10^-6~2.0×10^-3mol/L之间变化时,电极对其浓度成线性关系,相关系数为0.978.该生物传感器具有响应速度快、灵敏度高、重现性好等特点,可用于实际样品的检测.We presented an novel enzyme biosensor based on Carbon nanotube (CNT), CeO2 nanoparticles and chitosan of inor- ganic-organic complex film as immobilization matrix with good stability. This material combined the advantages of inorganic CNT, CeO2 nanoparticles and organic polymer CHIT, and it maintained a good biological activity that fixed horseradish peroxidase. While adding the same amount of H2O2 continuously under the condition of optimization test, the sensor produces high sensitive response to H2O2 concentration change. When the concentration of hydrogen peroxide solution changes from 3.2×10^-6~2.0×10^-3mol/L, there is a linear relation between electrode and its concentration, and the correlation is 0. 978. This biosensor has a fast response, a high sensi- tivity, a good reproducibility. It can be used for the actual sample testing.
