摘 要:油品监测作为不解体监测的重要手段,以其方便快捷越来越受到设备管理者的重视。国外开展油品监测依据ASTM,E2412标准,取得了很好的效果。中国于近年来开展红外光谱油品监测,储备了一定的红外光谱油品监测理论和数据,但缺乏系统的国家标准参照。天津港五公司一直致力于油品监测,并将其作为机械设备管理的重要手段,取得了一定的效果。对在红外光谱油品监测中发现的燃油泄漏规律进行了总结整理。Oil monitoring, one of the import means of non-disintegration monitoring, has attached more and more attention from equipment managers due to its convenience and fast speed. The oil monitoring in foreign countries was based on the ASTM E2412 standard and has achieved good effects. In recent years, China has carried out IR monitoring and accumulated certain theories and data, but is still in lack of a national standard reference system. Tianjin Port Fifth Port Co., Ltd. has been committed to oil monitoring, which is used as an import measure of machinery equipment management, and has obtained certain effect. This article sums up regular patterns of oil leakage detected by IR monitoring.
