摘　　要：目的：研究不同时间腹腔注射地西泮对小鼠急性胃溃疡的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为5组：生理盐水组（ NS组）、急性胃溃疡发生前1日给药组（ T-1组）、急性胃溃疡发生当日给药组（ T0组）、急性胃溃疡发生后第1日给药组（ T1组）、急性胃溃疡发生后第2日给药组（ T2组），每组9只。于急性胃溃疡造模后第3天处死小鼠，取胃测量胃液量、胃重量，评估溃疡指数。结果与NS组相比，T0组和T1组的胃重量减小，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；T1组溃疡指数下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论急性胃溃疡发生当日或发生后1日腹腔注射地西泮的治疗效果较为显著。Objective To investigate the effects of intraperitoneal injection of diazepam at different time point on mice with acute gastric ulcer.Methods Mice were randomly divided into five groups （ n=9）： a normal saline group （ Group NS） , an acute gastric ulcer group treated one day before ulcer （ Group T-1 ） , an acute gastric ulcer group treated on the day of ulcer （ Group T0 ） , an acute gastric ulcer group treated one day after ulcer （ Group T1 ） , and an acute gas-tric ulcer group treated two days after ulcer （ Group T2 ） .The mice were sacrificed three days after modeling.The volume of gastric juice and the weight of the stomach were measured.The ulcer index was detected.Results Compared with Group NS, both Groups T0 and T1 showed significantly reduced weight of the stomach （ P〈0.05） and the ulcer index was reduced significantly in Group T1（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Intraperitoneal injection of diazepam on the day or one day before ulcer can produce remarkable efficacy.
