摘 要:目的探讨甘草酸体外抗人巨细胞病毒AD169的作用。方法人胚肺成纤维细胞感染人巨细胞病毒后,用细胞病变法(CPE)评价甘草酸的抗病毒作用。并计算甘草酸的半数中毒浓度(TC_(50)),病毒半数抑制浓度(IC_(50))以及治疗指数(TI),并与更昔洛韦抗病毒作用相比较。结果甘草酸的TC_(50)为7.65 mg/m L,IC_(50)为311.55 mg/L,TI为24.55;更昔洛韦的TC_(50)为0.98 mg/m L,IC_(50)为44.15 mg/L,TI为22.20。结论甘草酸的TC_(50)比更昔洛韦的TC_(50)高出将近8倍,其治疗指数也优于更昔洛韦,故甘草酸具有较好的抗人巨细胞病毒应用前景。AIM To study the antiviral effects of glycyrrhizic acid on human cytomegalovirus AD169 strain in vitro. METHODS Cytopathic effect( CPE) was used to estimate the inhibitory effects of glycyrrhizic acid on human cytomegalovirus in infected human embryo lung fibroblasts( MRC-5) and to obtain the median toxic concentration( TC(50)),median inhibition concentration( IC(50)) and therapeutic index( TI) of glycyrrhizic acid. Ganciclovir was used as the control drug. RESULTS The TC(50),IC(50) and TI of glycyrrhizic acid were 7. 65 mg / m L,311. 55 mg / L and 24. 55,respectively. The TC(50),IC(50) and TI of Ganciclovir were relatively 0. 98 mg / m L,44. 15 mg / L and 22. 20. CONCLUSION TC(50) of glycyrrhizic acid is nearly 8 times higher than that of Ganciclovir and therapeutic index of glycyrrhizic acid is superior to Ganciclovir. Therefore,glycyrrhizic acid possesses a better application prospect on inhibiting human cytomegalovirus.
