摘 要:目的研究丹参配伍对枣仁安神方中3种成分在大鼠血浆中药动学的影响。方法 SD大鼠分为丹参组、丹参-酸枣仁组、丹参-五味子组、枣仁安神方组,灌胃给予相应药物,HPLC法测定大鼠血浆中丹参素、原儿茶酸、原儿茶醛的血药浓度,DAS3.0软件计算药动学参数。结果与丹参组比较,丹参-酸枣仁和丹参-五味子组中这3种成分的Cmax和AUC0-t降低,CL/F增加,而枣仁安神方组中的情况恰好相反。结论枣仁安神方对丹参素、原儿茶酸和原儿茶醛均具有协同增效作用,可显著提高其生物利用度。AIM To study the effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza compatibilities on rats' plasma pharmacokinetics of three constituents in Zaoren Anshen Decoction( a somnificant and a tonic for the heart and the liver). METHODS Different groups of SD rats were intragastrically administered with S. miltiorrhiza,S. miltiorrhiza-Ziziphus jujuba,S. miltiorrhiza-Schisandra chinensis and Zaoren Anshen Decoction,respectively. After the determination of plasma concentrations of salvianic acid A,protocatechuic acid and protocatechualdehyde in rat plasma by HPLC,DAS 3. 0 software was used for calculating the pharmacokinetic parameters. RESULTS Compared with the S.miltiorrhiza group,Cmaxand AUC0- tvalues of these three constituents in the S. miltiorrhiza-Z. jujuba group and S.miltiorrhiza-S. chinensis group were decreased while CL / F values were increased. But those data of the Zaoren Anshen Decoction group were just the contrary. CONCLUSION Zaoren Anshen Decoction shows its power in improving the bioavailabilities of salvianic acid A,protocatechuic acid and protocatechualdehyde for the synergistic effects by its formula compatibilities.
