摘  要:目的通过HPLC法研究^(60)Co辐照对抱龙丸(厚朴、木香、茯苓等)中4种成分含有量的影响。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用AgilentT C-C_(18)色谱柱(5μm,150 mm×4.6 mm);流动相乙腈-水;检测波长294 nm(和厚朴酚与厚朴酚)和225 nm(木香烃内酯与去氢木香内酯);体积流量1.0 mL/min;进样量20μL;柱温25℃。所得数据用SPSS 19.0软件进行分析。结果经^(60)Co辐照(0、2、6、10 kG y)后,和厚朴酚含有量分别为1.77、1.74、1.76、1.76 mg/g,厚朴酚分别为2.36、2.35、2.36、2.34 mg/g,木香烃内酯分别为0.24、0.24、0.25、0.24 mg/g,去氢木香内酯分别为0.74、0.74、0.75、0.72 mg/g,辐照前后均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论^(60)Co辐照对抱龙丸中和厚朴酚、厚朴酚、木香烃内酯及去氢木香内酯的含有量无明显影响。AIM To study the effects of ^60Co irradiation on contents of four constituents in Baolong Pills( a medication to relieve digestive problems,containing Magnoliae Officmalis Cortex,Aucklandiae Radix,Poria,etc.)by HPLC. METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 25 ℃ thermostatic AgilentT C-C(18) column( 5 μm,150 mm × 4. 6 mm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-water flowing at a rate of 1. 0 mL / min,the detection wavelengths were set at 294 nm for honokiol and magnolol,and 225 nm for costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone,and the injection volume was 20 μL. The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS 19. 0 software. RESULTS Exposed to ^60Co irradiation at doses of 0,2,6 and 10 k Gy,honokiol had its content variations of 1. 77,1. 74,1. 76 and 1. 76 mg / g,magnolol had its content changes to 2. 36,2. 35,2. 36 and 2. 34 mg / g,costunolide 0. 24,0. 24,0. 25 and 0. 24 mg / g,and dehydrocostus lactone 0. 74,0. 74,0. 75 and 0. 72 mg / g,respectively. There existed no significant differences before and after irradiation( P 0. 05).CONCLUSION ^60Co irradiation gives no obvious impact on the content changes of honokiol,magnolol,costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone in Baolong Pills.
