摘 要:以纳米SiO_2(n-SiO_2)为填充颗粒制备的聚醚共聚酰胺(PEBAX)填充型复合膜分别对乙醇/水、丁酮/水、异丙醇/水及四元混合体系进行了渗透汽化分离研究,采用FTIR、SEM分别表征了膜的结构及内部样貌。结果表明,颗粒填充是物理混合,且其在膜内分散均匀.未填充复合膜对二元体系渗透通量和分离因子大小依次为丁酮>异丙醇>乙醇.对于填充型复合膜,随着n-SiO_2填充量的增加,渗透通量和分离因子均先增大后减小,在填充量为0.12%(质量分数)及一定的二元体系、四元体系浓度时,各体系渗透汽化的分离效果最好.不同温度下,填充量0.12%的复合膜的最大分离因子分别为乙醇/水5.11、丁酮/水39.4、异丙醇/水6.08,混合水溶液3.22(富集因子),最大渗透通量分别为5.49、8.85、9.52及11.4kg/(m2·h).Polyether block amide (PEBAX) composite membranes filled with nano silica were prepared for removal of organics including ethanol, butanone, isopropyl alcohol (IPA) from the mixtures of organics and water of binary/quaternary system by pervaporation. The structure and internal morphology of the membranes were characterized by FTIR and SEM, respectively. The experimental results display that the filler is only physically blended with the polymer matrix and dispersed uniformly in the matrix of membrane. The permeation flux and separation factor for the binary system of the unfilled composite membranes as follow, butanone 〉 IPA〉 ethanol. For filled-composite membrane, the total flux and separation factor both increased first and then decreased with the mass of n- SiO2 increased. To the membrane with 0. 12% n- SiO2 content, and in the certain organics concentrations with the binary/ quaternary system, the separation performance of pervaporation of the membrane was the best for different system, In different temperature, the maximum separation factor of the membrane with 0. 12% n-SiOz content for ethanol, butanone, IPA, mixtures were 5. 11, 39. 4, 6.08, 3. 22 (enrichnment factor), and the total flux were 5.49, 8.85, 9.52, 11.4 kg/(m^2 · h), respectively.
