摘 要:利用磺化反应改善聚苯硫醚(PPS)非织毡薄膜的亲水性,讨论了时间、温度等不同反应条件对磺化反应的影响.磺化后PPS表面-SO3H基团的引入可由红外光谱(FTIR)及X光量子能谱(EDX)数据得到确认,在扫描电子显微镜下观察了纤维微观形貌.研究结果表明,在反应温度为80℃,反应时间为1.5h的磺化反应条件下,不仅PPS非织薄膜的亲水性得到了显著的改善,同时还保留了较好的力学性能.The hydrophilic property of PPS non-woven felt thin film was improved by using sulphuration. The effects of time, temperature and the ratio of reactants on the property of hydrophilic of PPS were illustrated in detail. The introduction of -SO3H to sulphurated PPS was characterized hy FTIR spectroscopy and Energy Dispersive X-ray (EDX), and the morphologies of PPS non-woven felt were observed by SEM. The result shows that not only the hydrophilic property of PPS non-woven felt is excellently improved but also the original stretch intensity of PPS non-woven felt thin film is well retained when the sulphuration temperature is 80 ℃ and time is 1.5 h.
