摘  要:为实现CO_2分离膜的大规模工业应用,开发了分离CO_2固定载体膜的工业化制备技术.研制了工业规模连续化制膜装置,利用该装置规模化制备了幅宽1 000mm的分离CO_2固定载体膜[聚乙烯醇(PVA)/聚乙烯基胺(PVAm)-哌嗪(PIP)/聚砜(PSf)膜],对于水蒸气饱和的CO_2/N_2混合气,所制膜的CO_2渗透速率可达500GPU,CO_2/N_2分离因子可达87,对于水蒸气饱和的CO_2/CH_4混合气,所制膜的CO_2渗透速率可达300GPU,CO_2/CH_4分离因子可达55,所制膜的CO_2/N_2和CO_2/CH_4渗透选择性能远高于商品膜.研制了卷式膜元件制备装置,利用该装置制备了长度为300mm、膜面积为0.4m^2的1812膜组件,所制膜和膜组件对CO_2/N_2和CO_2/CH_4的渗透选择性能高于商品膜.To realize large-scale industrialization application of CO2 separation membranes, an industrialization preparation technology of fixed carrier membranes for CO2 separation was developed, which is including two parts: (1) the development of continuous fabrication device with industrial scale for membranes and the large-scale fabrication of the fixed carrier membranes [polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)/ polyvinylamine (PVAm)-(piperazine) PIP/polysulfone (PSf) membrane] with the width of 1 000 mm; (2) the development of the fabrication device for spiral-wound membrane elements and the fabrication of spiral- wound membrane modules (1812 membrane module) with the width of 300 mm and the membrane area of 0.4 m2. For CO2/N2 mixed gas saturated with water vapor, CO2 permeance of the membrane can reach 500 GPU, CO2/N2 selectivity can reach 87, for CO2/CH4 mixed gas saturated with water vapor, CO2 permeance of the membrane can reach 300 GPU, CO2/CH4 selectivity can reach 55. CO2/N2 and CO2/CH4 separation performance of the membranes and membrane modules are higher than that of commercial membranes.
