摘  要:以中药复方骨痹颗粒为模型药物,选择川续断皂苷Ⅵ、柚皮苷、总黄酮和总皂苷为复方水提液需保留的发挥药效作用的主要指标性成分(药效成分);选择淀粉、蛋白质、果胶和鞣质为复方水提液需主要去除的无效高分子指标性成分;选择中药复方精制后所得固含物(固含率)为精制效果指标,综合研究不同膜材料对中药复方骨痹颗粒上述各类成分的影响.采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和紫外分光光度法检测骨痹颗粒水提液中上述各类成分的截留率和保留率,评价不同膜材料对复方水提液的精制效果.结果表明,与聚醚砜(PES)平板膜和PES中空纤维膜相比,0.2μm陶瓷膜对骨痹颗粒水提液中发挥药效作用的主要指标性成分的保留率较高,对高分子指标性成分(蛋白质除外)的截留率较高,且对固含率控制效果最好.将0.2μm陶瓷膜精制工艺与中药复方水提取液传统的乙醇沉淀除杂工艺相比较,结果表明,0.2μm陶瓷膜精制工艺与传统醇沉工艺相比,前者对中药复方的精制效果优于后者.The refining effects of different membrane materials on various components of Chinese herbal compound were studied. GuBi granules, a kind of traditional Chinese prescription which consist of eight kinds of herbs, were chosen as a model, and the yield of micro-molecules such as active ingredients, invalid polymer component and solids transmittance that can be measured from the refined process of different membrances were determined to evaluate the refining efficiency. Meanwhile, high performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometry were used. The results showed that compared with poly ether sulphone(PES) flat membrane and PES hollow fiber membranes, 0. 2μm ceramic membranes possess better transmission rate for micro-molecules and high retention rate for macromolecules such as starch, pectin, tannin etc. and had a best control to solid content of Chinese medicine. Further experiment was done for comparing 0. 2μm ceramic membrane refining technology with water extract ethanol precipitation process, and the results showed the former had a better control of solid content in Chinese medicine.
