摘  要:传统二冲程的发动机以其高比功率而闻名,但是它却被由高的HC的排放所困扰,而造成排放过高的原因归结于扫气过程的燃油短路损失。在二冲程开发设计中,对于设计师来说,了解何时并有多少新鲜气损失是非常重要的。本文采用CFD软件FLUENT对二冲程汽油机扫气道,排气道以及缸内的气体运动流畅进行三维瞬态的模拟,通过了解气体流入,流出以及缸内的非稳态流动过程,精准的得到逃逸的短路损失以及逃逸曲线,为设计师的设计提供重要的数据。Traditional carbureted two-stroke engines are well known for their good power-to-volume ratio but also for their poor HC emission caused by the fresh fuel which is short-circuited through the exhaust port. In a two-stroke engine design or development, it is important to know when, how and how much the fresh charge is short circuited. This paper reports work on visualizing the air shortcircuiting which simulates the actual phenomenon of fuel short-circuiting in a small two-stroke engine by the software of the computational fluid dynamics Fluent. By understanding the gas flow processes into, through, and out of an engine, we can get the accurate the shortcircuited losses, and provide the important data for the optimization design.
