摘 要:针对超声波测量罐体液面高度问题,由于储油罐液位测量的特点与技术要求,其准确性测量有着重要意义。针对罐体液位精确测量的需求,在传统接触式测量的基础上,提出并实现了超声波油位计装置;超声波具有传播途中衰减小,定向好,能量集中,反射力强等特点,对比传统的方法,非接触式超声波油位计具有安装维修方便、不受被测物体颜色腐蚀性以及外界光照因素所影响、结构简单价格便宜、能够方便提供遥控所需信号。对精确测量油管液面的高度具有显著的提升[1-3]。In view of the measurement of the height of the tank liquid level by ultrasound, it is very important to measure the accuracy of the liquid level of the tank because of its characteristics and technical requirements. Aiming at the requirement of accurate measurement of tank level, the ultrasonic oil level gauge device is put forward and realized on the basis of traditional contact measurement. Ultrasonic wave has the characteristics of small attenuation, good orientation, energy concentration and strong reflection. Compared with the traditional method, non-contact ultrasonic oil level meter has convenient installation and maintenance, simple structure, low price, and not subject to the color, corrosive and external lighting factors of the measured object, and can easily provide the necessary remote control signals. The accuracy of the measurement of the height of the tubing surface has a significant increase.
