摘　　要：城市权利是空间正义概念的最初雏形,空间正义在持有权利思维的基础上,更侧重城市空间正义的生产过程和分配规则。在城市空间生产过程中,城市出现了隔离性、碎片性、冲突性的问题。就现实来看,城市化推动了农业文明向工业文明的社会转型,但是建立在资本和权力合谋基础上的城市化,促使城市空间生产和再生产出现非正义的现象。城市空间非正义的现象出现,要求政府和社会加强"时空修复"——依靠空间治理和塑造集体记忆来维护空间正义。City rights is the original prototype of concept of the urban space justice,which holds on the basis of the thinking of rights ,more focusing on its production process and distribution rules. In the process of urban space production, problems of isolation, fragmentation and conflicting emerged in the city. From the perspective of reality, urbanization has been promoting social transformation of agricultural civilization to industrial civilization,but urbanization based on the conspiracy of capital and power led to the injustice of the production and reproduction of urban space. The appearance of urban space injustice requires the strengthening of ＂time-spatial fix＂ on the part of the government to maintain space justice through space governance and collective memory shaping.
