摘　　要：21世纪以来,伴随着中国自身经济出现了许多前所未有的新现象、新问题,中央政府宏观调控的新政策、新措施频频出台。究竟怎样看待这一现象,笔者从什么是宏观调控?中国特色的宏观调控和新常态下新的宏观调控思路等方面去认识和理解具有中国特色的宏观调控思想,对针对我国当前存在的复杂经济形势所提出的双重宏观调整思想,无疑具有非常积极的探索和实践价值。Since the 21th Century, many new phenomena and problems have emerged along with the development of Chinese economy. And the new policies and measures have been put forward by the central government on the macro-adjustment and control. On the problem of how to treat this phenomenon, it is actively explorative and practically valuable for the author to recognize and understand the thoughts of the macro-adjustment and control with Chinese characteristics and propose the thoughts of dual macro-adjustment and control from the aspects of what the macro-control is, the new macro-adjustment and control with Chinese characteristics and the macro-control under the new normal.
