摘  要:通过对高炉铁沟耐材特点和铁沟侵蚀监测现状的分析,与炉缸侵蚀监测模型特点进行对比研究,以炉缸侵蚀模型为基础,对铁沟永久衬表面进行网格化划分,建立了高炉铁沟侵蚀监测与判断系统,避免了铁沟烧穿事故发生,实现了铁沟侵蚀的自动预警,有效地预防了铁沟烧穿,从而降低吨铁耐材消耗,提高高炉生产的安全性。Through analyzing the characteristics of the refractory material and monitoring status of the trench erosion in the blast furnace, the characteristics of hearth erosion monitoring model were compared. Based on the hearth erosion model, the meshing of the permanent lining surface of the trench is divided. The monitoring and judging system for the gully erosion of blast furnace is established, it can help avoid the iron ditch burn through accidents, the automatic warning of trench erosion and the effective prevention of the iron ditch burn through is realized. Thereby the consumption of tons of iron refractory can be reduced, the safety of blast furnace production can be improved.
