摘　　要：在新常态下,推进胜利油田社区深化改革、转型发展,必须适应环境条件的变化,及时转变思想观念,与时俱进。实现胜利油田社区的转型升级和持续发展,要坚持"市场化运作、社会化服务、专业化发展、企业化管理"的方向,不断提高精细化、规范化和科学化水平。在转型发展的进程中要紧紧围绕提质增效这个核心,全面推进社区高效发展、绿色发展、全面发展、创新发展、和谐发展,着力打造平安幸福、真情服务、环境优美、健康快乐、文明和谐的"五型社区"。In the ＂ new normal＂,in order to promote the further reform and transformation of Shengli Oilfield community,we must adapt to the changes in environmental conditions,change ideas in time and move forwards with the times.If we want to realize the transformation and upgrading and sustainable development of ShengLi Oilfield community,we must insist in ＂Market operation,socialized service system,professional development and enterprise-style management＂.We should constantly improve the fine,standardized and scientific levels.In the process of transformation development,we should focus on quality and efficiency,comprehensively promote community development with high efficiency,green,all-sided development,innovation and harmony.We will focus on building ＂ Five-type＂ communities,including peace and happiness,true service,beautiful environment,healthy and happy and harmonious civilization.
