摘　　要：随着近年来全球气候变暖、草场资源退化加剧,我国羊毛产业面临资源和环境的双重约束。当前经济全球化加速发展,世界各国经济互相渗透、高度融合的背景使得我国羊毛产业面临愈加激烈的国际竞争压力。通过运用SWOT分析法对我国羊毛产业内部环境的优势与劣势、外部环境的机遇与威胁进行分析,找出适合我国羊毛产业未来发展的正确战略决策,为我国羊毛产业乃至畜牧业获得可持续的快速发展,提升产业国际竞争力提供参考。With global warming and grassland degradation in recent years, China＇s wool industry is facing the dual constraint of resources and environment. The background that accelerated development of economic globalization, world economic interpenetration and high degree of integration makes the wool industry of China face increasingly fierce international competition. We apply SWOT method to analyze the internal environment of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the external environment of China＇s wool industry, and then to identify the right strategic decisions for future development of China＇s wool industry. Most importantly, we provide reference to the rapid and sustainable for our wool industry and even animal husbandry development, to enhance international competitiveness of the industry.
