玫烟色拟青霉的形态特征和分生孢子萌发环境条件的研究

摘　　要：通过对玫烟色拟青霉QH-4分离株的形态特征和培养条件的观察，初步鉴定该菌株为拟青霉属；研究不同营养物质、pH值、温度及光照等条件对玫烟色拟青霉OH-4分生孢子萌发条件的影响，试验结果表明：营养条件对玫烟色拟青霉OH-4分生孢子的萌发无显著影响；分生孢子在pH值为5～11条件下都可萌发，但偏酸（pH=5）和偏碱（pH=11）的情况下，孢子的萌发率比较低，与pH值为6、7、8和9时相比有显著性差异；玫烟色拟青霉分生孢子萌发的最适温度为25～27℃；持续的光照有利于玫烟色拟青霉分生孢子的萌发。According to the preliminary study of the morphological and biological characteristics of the isolates,it indicates that the isolates belong to Paeciolmyces fumoroseuss.The study explores the spore germination experiments of the isolates at different conditions of culture,lighting,pH values,tempera- tures. The results show that the culture condition has no effect on the spore germination of the iso- lates;spores can germinate under the condition of pH= 5 to ll.Compared to the germination at the pH values of 6,7,8, and 9, the spore germination rate at the condition of overly acidic and alkali is low.The most suitable temperature is 25 ～ 27 ℃. Continuous illumination is beneficial to the germination of Paecilolm yces fumoroseus （ Wize ） Brown ＆ Smith.
