基于可行能力的失地农民市民化测度及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：从森的可行能力视角探讨了失地农民市民化发展的能力属性,进而构建包含多维可行能力的失地农民市民化测度体系及其影响因素的SEM模型;在此基础上,对苏南地区482户失地农民调查样本作了实证分析。结果显示,样本地区失地农民市民化程度总体处于偏低水平,其中经济能力和发展能力不足的瓶颈效应尤为突出;农民个体人力资本、征地补偿、社区扶持和公共服务等因素对提升失地农民市民化能力具有积极意义,而人力资本变量发挥了部分正向中介效应。This paper analyzes the citizenization development ability of land-lost farmers based on Sen's Capability Approach.Then the Structural Equation Modeling(SEM)containing the land-lost farmers' measurement system of multidimensional capability and influencing factors is constructed.On this basis,this paper makes an empirical study on the sampling data of 482land-lost farmers in South Jiangsu province.The result shows that citizenization of land-lost farmers is at a lower level,among which the lack of economic capability and development capability is particularly prominent.Moreover,it is found that factors such as the individual human capital,land requisition compensation,community support and public service have a significant positive effect on land-lost farmers' citizenization ability while human capitalvariable plays a partial mediating effect.
