摘 要:为自动实时监测泵舱管道压力信号,提出了一种泵舱压力信息自动监测系统的设计。以Samsung公司ARM9系列S3C2440A为主控制芯片,采用嵌入式Linux操作系统,以AD7888为模数转换芯片,通过SPI总线接入实现泵舱压力信号的采集与处理,以亚信公司USB3.0转千兆以太网络芯片AX88179实现两路冗余网络接口,通过Socket编程可实现与上位机的信息交互,从而完成泵舱管道压力的自动监测与预警。同时给出了监测系统的软硬件设计,经过测试验证了设计的可行性与可靠性。该系统可实现对泵舱压力信号的远程监测,增强了系统的实用性。In order to complete the automatic monitoring of pipeline pressure signals in the pump chamber,an automatic monitoring system is designed for pump chamber pressure. The design uses Samsung ARM9 series S3C2440 A as the main control chip,with embedded Linux operating system,and AD7888 for analog to digital conversion chip,together with SPI bus for acquisition and processing of pump chamber pressure signals,and uses Asix company's chip AX88179 to realize two redundant network interfaces with the USB3.0 to Gigabit Ethernet controller chip. Through Socket programming,the information interaction with the host computer can be realized,thus automatic monitoring and early warning of pipeline pressure in pump room is completed. At the same time,the software and hardware design of the monitoring system is given,and the feasibility and reliability of the design are verified by the test. The system can realize remote monitoring of the pressure signals of pump chamber,and enhance the practicability of the system.
