病死畜禽不同无害化处理方法的环评要点分析

摘　　要：对病死畜禽采取不同无害化处理方法,其处理工艺和产污环节会不同,且会导致产生的环境影响、采取污染防治措施也不同。通过对焚烧法、化制法、掩埋法、发酵法及高温生物降解法等方法的处理工艺流程及产污环节、环境影响、污染防治环保措施的原则要求进行分析,阐述了各病死畜禽处理方法的环评关注要点,以期为该类项目的环评报告编制及评估提供参考。Because of different method about harmless treatment to dead animal,there will be different sewage treatment process and production sectors and environmental impacts,as well as there will be different pollution prevention and environmental protection measures. Through the sewage treatment process、production sectors、environmental impacts、pollution control and environmental protection measures are analyzed in the burning method,chemical method,buried method,high temperature fermentation and biological degradation,this paper introduces the key of environmental impact assessment about methods of harmless treatment to dead animal,it provide reference for the EIA report compile and assessment.
