摘　　要：骆驼是一种独特的动物,是荒漠、半荒漠地区特有的畜种。骆驼乳具有独特的营养价值与功能特性。本文对新疆准噶尔双峰驼与其他常见动物乳组分进行了详细分析,发现骆驼乳营养丰富,其所含脂肪、氨基酸、矿物质以及维生素等含量大部分都优于其他常见动物乳;骆驼乳含有许多生物活性物质,具有一定的医疗保健作用。消费者对骆驼乳的认识不断加强也促进了骆驼乳营养保健作用的研究和开发,对于增加贫困地区农牧民经济收入,具有积极意义。As a kind of unique animal, camel is s unique nutritional value and functional properties. peci The al for desert and semi-desert areas. Camel milk is with paper analyses the bactrian camel in Junggar and other common milk animals, and finds that camel milk is rich in nutrition, which contains fat, amino acids, minerals and vitamins that are superior to other animal milk; and it also contains many biological active substances that has a certain role in health care. The increasing recognization from consumers also strengthen the study and development of the nutrition and health effects of camel milk, which is helpful for increasing income of farmers and herdsmen in poor areas.
