摘  要:荞麦是粮药兼用作物,是近年来人们喜爱的保健食品之一,但由于其生育期短、产量低,限制了荞麦的生产及加工。为提高‘晋荞麦(苦)5号’的产量,扩大其生产规模,采用氮、磷肥2因素D-饱和设计和随机区组设计,对肥料、密度2个方面进行了试验研究。结果表明:该品种的最高产量施肥量为:尿素408.0 kg/hm^2、磷肥919.5 kg/hm^2,最适密度为81.2万株/hm^2。Buckwheat is one of the popular health food in recent years since it can be used as both food and medicine. But the production and processing of buckwheat were limited by its short growth period and lowyield. The influence of fertilizer and density in production were studied using two factors D saturating optimumdesign of nitrogen and phosphate and randomized block design, in order to improve the yield of‘Jinqiao No.5'and expanding its production scale. The results showed that, when the urea was 408.0 kg/hm^2, phosphatefertilizer was 919.5 kg/hm^2 and the density was 812000 plants/hm^2, the yield of‘Jinqiao No.5'was the highest.
