改良男性导尿管的设计制作与临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改进传统男性导尿管的方法,以降低男性留置尿管后的并发症,提高患者依从性。方法受到临床使用"避孕套"、"保鲜袋"等假性导尿的启发,改进传统导尿管为"假性导尿管",采用"水胶体敷料"作为粘合装置固定。结果成功设计制作了改良男性导尿管,68例"改进男性导尿管"的临床应用患者,无尿路感染、导尿失败、包皮水肿等并发症发生。结论改良男性导尿管费用低廉,操作简单,患者无痛苦,医从性好,无明显并发症,值得在临床推广,特别适用于幼年患者和长期卧床在家的老年患者。Objective To reduce the complications of male indwelling urinary catheter and improve patient compliance by improved the traditional male urinary catheter. Methods Inspired by using‘condom＇‘fresh-keeping bags＇ and other pseudo catheter in clinic,the traditional male urinary catheter was improved as‘pseudo catheter ＇and the hydrocolloid dressing was used as bonding device. Results An improved male urinary catheter was successfully designed,which applied in 68 patients without urinary tract infection,catheterization failure nor foreskin edema. Conclusion The improved male urinary catheter has the advantages of less cost,simple operation,no pain,higher patient compliance and less complications,wihch is worthy to spread in clinic,especially in young patients and long-term bedridden elderly patients at home.
