摘 要:为了解白蜡4个杂交组合种子苗的耐盐性,以1年生白蜡杂交种子苗为试材,研究其对NaCl胁迫(0‰、4‰、8‰、12‰)的生理响应。研究结果表明:4个杂交组合中,6号杂交组合苗的耐盐性最好。随着NaCl胁迫强度的增加,各组合植株的生长指标逐渐下降,但是6号组合植株生长高度下降幅度最低;相对于其他组合,盐胁迫下6号杂交组合的电导率增加率最低,丙二醛含量最低,叶片POD、SOD酶活性显著高于其他组合,而且Pro、可溶性糖和叶绿素的含量增加幅度大与其他组合相比达极显著水平。说明在盐胁迫下,6号组合抗氧化酶保护系统显著提高,从而降低叶肉细胞受伤害程度,使得细胞膜结构完整性较好,膜脂质过氧化程度较低,叶绿素损失也降低,光合作用较强,积累光合产物较多,表现在植株生长相对较快,耐盐性较高。该研究为选育白蜡耐盐新品种提供了理论基础。In order to discuss the salt resistance of four hybrid combinations of Fraxinus seedlings, 1-year-oldhybrid seedlings of Fraxinus were used to study the physiological response to different salt concentrations(0‰,4‰, 8‰ and 12‰). The results showed that No.6 hybrid seedling presented the highest salt resistance in fourcombinations. The growth indexes of all hybrid seedlings decreased with the increase of salt concentrations, butonly slight decrease was measured in No.6 hybrid seedling. The electric conductivity increasing rate of No.6hybrid seedling was the lowest and MDA content was also the lowest under salt stress among all thecombinations, the activities of SOD and POD in leaves of No.6 hybrid seedling were significantly higher thanthat of others. Meanwhile, the increasing rate of Pro, soluble sugar and chlorophyll of No.6 hybrid seedling wassignificantly higher than that of others. No.6 hybrid seedling showed significantly higher activities ofantioxidant enzyme, which could lower the damage of mesophyll cell, keep better integrity of cell membrane,lower the level of membrane lipid peroxidation and the loss of chlorophyll, increase photosynthesis andaccumulate more photosynthetic product, thus this hybrid seedling had relatively quick plant growth and highsalt resistance. This study might lay a theoretical foundation of salt-tolerant breeding of Fraxinus.
