摘 要:为揭示油茶穗条储存方式和储存时间对嫁接苗成活率和生长的影响,以普通油茶当年生春梢为材料,研究湿沙储存、水培储存、常温储存、低温储存和不同储存时间的油茶嫁接成活率和生长指标。结果表明,穗条随采随接的嫁接成活率和苗木生长指标均高于4种储存处理。从嫁接成活率来看,湿沙储存前2天,水培储存前3天,常温储存前5天,低温储存前2天,嫁接成活率均超过50%。从平均苗高、平均地径、平均叶片数来看,4种储存方式均以第1天最高,但最低值出现时间不一。综合来看,穗条最好为随采随接,储存时间不超过5天。To evaluate the effect of scion storage methods and time on the growth of grafted seedlings of oil-teacamellia by comparing the survival rate, height, ground diameter and leaf number of seedlings, current-year-old spring shoots from oil-tea camellia were employed in this experiment. The results showed that the value ofthe survival rate, height, ground diameter and leaf number of seedlings of the treatment of grafting with freshscion was higher than those of four different storage treatments. The survival rate was more than 50% when thescions were stored in moistened sand for 2 days, in water for 3 days, in normal temperature for 5 days and inlow temperature for 2 days. Among four kinds of storage treatments, the maximum value of the height, grounddiameter and leaf number of seedlings occurred on the first day, but the appeared time of the minimum valuewas different. In general, scion should be grafted as fresh as possible in order to increase the survival rate ofgrafting, and the storage time should not be more than 5 days.
