摘　　要：文章介绍了金刚石用于光整加工的良好效果,着重阐述纳米金刚石用于碳化硅晶体、金属摩擦副以及发动机的光整加工,尤其是对发动机的光整加工是其它方法无法比拟的。Excellent result of the application of diamond on finishing machining has been introduced in this article and the application of nano-diamond on finishing machining for silicon carbide crystal, metallic rubbing pairs and engine is emphatically elaborated. The finishing machining for engine by nano-diamond is beyond comparison.
