摘　　要：目的:研究IHC2+的胃癌患者HER2/neu基因的扩增情况。方法:收集胃癌根治标本82例,经免疫组化证实均为IHC2+,对所有标本进行HER2/neu的FISH检测,比较两者结果的一致性。结果:FISH检测显示82例IHC为2+的病例中,HER2/neu的阳性率为14.6%(12/82);≥60岁患者HER2/neu的阳性率明显高于<60岁,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于IHC为2+的胃癌患者必须进行FISH检测以明确HER2/neu基因的扩增情况。[Objective] The study on the status of Her2/neu gene amplification in gastric cancer scored IHC2 ＋. [Method]82 cases of gastric cancer scored IHC2 ＋ were collected. FISH was applied to determine the status of HER2/neu.The results were compared between these two methods. [Result] The positive rate of HER2/neu tested by FISH was14. 6%（ 12 /82） in the 82 cases scored IHC 2 ＋; The positive rate of HER2/neu in ≥60 years- old gastric cancers patients was significantly higher than that in 60 years- old patients（ P〈 0. 05）. [Conclusion] FISH test was necessary for the patients with gastric cancer scored IHC2 ＋,in order to define the status of HER2/neu amplification.
