摘　　要：目的了解越秀区居民的乙肝防治知识和态度情况,为乙肝防治的健康教育提供依据。方法采用多阶段整群抽样方法,对随机抽取的2 992名越秀区户籍或在本区居住6 m以上的常住居民进行面对面问卷调查。结果居民对乙肝的传播途径较为熟悉,但不了解非传播途径;年轻和学历高的居民对乙肝认识较好;获知途径主要是电视和报刊书籍,网络将是重要途径。结论要加强乙肝防治知识宣传的深度和广度,要充分考虑宣传教育对象的文化程度,适应不同文化层次人群的需求,充分利用各种媒介开展宣传教育活动,为乙肝患者创造一个宽松和谐的社会环境。Objective To understand the knowledge and attitudes of hepatitis B prevention in yuexiu residents,and it provides the basis for health education.Methods Using multi-stage cluster sampling method to get 2 992 objects,those household register in Yuexiu district or live here for more than six months,and then finish a face to face questionnaire.Results Residents know the route of transmission of hepatitis B,but do not know the non-transmission route.The young and highly educated residents know better than the elder and low educated residents.They leam information mainly through television,newspapers and books,the network will be an important way.Conclusions In order to create a relaxed and harmonious social environment for hepatitis B patients,hepatitis B knowledge publicity must be comprehensive,to fully consider the culture degree of the residents and adapt to the needs of different people,make full use of various media to publicize.
