2010-2014年三门峡市学生结核病疫情特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解三门峡市学校结核病疫情特征并进行分析。方法收集2010-2014年传染病报告信息管理系统（简称网络直报系统）和结核病信息管理系统（简称网络专报系统）报告的有关三门峡市学生结核病疫情资料进行了分析。结果三门峡市学生活动性结核病报告发病率2012年最低为20.66/10万,2013年最高为29.08/10万,2010-2012年有下降趋势,之后无下降。第二季度报告的患者比例最高（27.45%~39.51%）。全部457例患者中,男性283例,女性174例,男女比例为1.61：1。16~20岁年龄组所占比例最高（64.33%）。职业分布2008-2014年学生发病构成为5.12%~7.38%,处于第二位。结论 2010-2014年三门峡市学校结核病疫情无明显下降趋势,学校结核病控制形式依然严峻,应进一步加强学校结核病防控。objective To understand the characteristics of tuberculosis epidemic in school of Sanmenxia and analyze.Methods The date of the tuberculosis epidemic of students in sanmenxia reported by the Infectious Information Management System（referred to as direct network reporting system） and Tuberculosis Information Management System（referred to as Network special reporting system） were collected and analyzed.Results The students active TB incidence rate in 2012 was the lowest with 20.66/10 million and the highest in 2013 with 29.08/10 million,it was downward trend in 2010-2012.The highest proportion of patients reported was in the second quarter（27.45%~39.51%）.Of all 457 patients,283 were male and 174 were female,the ratio of male to female was 1.61：1.16-20 years old age group accounted for the highest proportion（64.33%）.The occupational distribution of the incidence in 2008-2014 is in second place with 5.12%~7.38%.Conclusions There was no obvious downward trend for the tuberculosis in schools of Sanmenxia from 2010-2014.the peak incidence is in the second quarter for each year,the age distribution was mainly concentrated in 16-20 age group,the occupational distribution of school students accounted for 5.12%~7.38%which was in the second place.Tuberculosis control in school of Sanmenxia city is still severe,the prevention and control in schools should be further strengthened.
