摘　　要：目的了解周口市流感流行特征,为制定流感防控方案提供科学依据。方法对2013-2015年周口市流感监测中流感样病例（ILI）监测资料和病原学检测资料进行分析。结果 2013-2015年监测哨点医院相关门诊ILI数占门诊就诊人数的2.07%,以0~岁年龄组为主,占67.38%。3年共检测ILI标本3 846份,PCR阳性272份,阳性率7.07%,其中季节性H3型为154例（56.62%）,B型65例（23.90%）,新甲H1N1型53例（19.49%）。结论 2013-2015年周口市流感流行出现上升趋势,流感病毒活动高峰在冬春季,须加强监测和防控。Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of influenza in Zhoukou City,to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of influenza.Methods Analysis on influenza like illness（ILI） surveillance data and pathogenic detection data in Zhoukou.Results in 2013-2015,of sentinel hospital related outpatient ILI accounted for2.07%of the number of outpatient visits to 0 to years old age group,accounting for 67.38%.3 846 samples of ILI were detected in 3 years,PCR positive 272,positive rate 7.07%,of which seasonal type H3 was 154（56.62%）,type B65 cases（23.90%）,new type H1N1 53 cases（19.49%）.Conclusions Influenza virus activity peak in winter and spring in Zhoukou,and the rise of influenza in 2013-2015 influenza epidemic,the need to strengthen the monitoring and prevention and control.
